AnaCap promote Brown and Chaffe to Partner

AnaCap, a market-leading partner for founders and entrepreneurial management teams across the European financial ecosystem, today announces the further strengthening of its leadership structure with the promotion of Victoria Brown (General Counsel) and Graeme Chaffe (Chief Financial Officer) to Partners.

Victoria joined the firm in 2015, following 9 years in private practice as Senior Legal Counsel, before taking the position of General Counsel in 2020. Victoria has been involved in every investment transaction since joining AnaCap and is now responsible for all legal, regulatory and compliance-related activities across the AnaCap group. She is also responsible for wider firm operational matters, including the development, implementation and execution of AnaCap’s ESG and DE&I strategy, policy and initiatives, as well as HR and training.

Graeme joined the firm in 2008 and has overseen the finance function for the past 10 years, playing an instrumental role in each of AnaCap’s key milestones over that period. Since 2022, Graeme has been Chief Financial Officer and responsible for all financial and operational activities across the AnaCap group including systems, infrastructure, and Investor Relations. Prior to AnaCap, Graeme spent 4 years in practice at Price Bailey LLP.

This exciting news follows a highly successful year for AnaCap, in which the firm have sold three platform investments for an average return of 3.6x and 47% IRR.

Nassim Cherchali and Tassilo Arnhold, Co-Managing Partners at AnaCap, added:

“We are delighted to announce the promotions of Victoria and Graeme to Partner, in what has already been a hugely busy and successful year for AnaCap. Both have been an integral part of the business’s daily operations for a number of years and their promotion is testament to their highly impressive contributions, as well as further strengthening the partnership structure. We now look forward to continuing AnaCap’s successes in this exciting new chapter.”
