AnaCap announces the launch of Titan, a new platform focused on the Italian professional services market / signs an agreement for the acquisition of a majority stake in CDR as first investment

AnaCap, a market-leading partner for founders and entrepreneurial management teams, investing in lower mid-market Services, Software and Technology within the European financial ecosystem, today announces the launch of Titan (“The Group”), a new dedicated platform focusing on driving innovation and enhancing capabilities through consolidating the accounting and professional services sectors in Italy.

As the first step for this strategy, Titan has signed an agreement for the acquisition of a majority stake in Cattaneo Dall’Olio Rho Tax & Legal Group (“CDR” or the “Company”). CDR’s management team will also reinvest alongside AnaCap in Titan, ensuring continuity of leadership and a strong alignment with the platform’s long-term objectives.

CDR was founded in 2000 and is an independent professional services firm headquartered in Bergamo. It provides a wide range of services such as accounting, tax advisory, corporate services and strategic M&A advisory advice to Italian corporates, SMEs and entrepreneurs. With over 70% of its revenues derived from recurring client mandates, the business benefits from a highly resilient and reliable revenue profile.

Titan has been created and developed by AnaCap with the vision of building one of the leading independent professional services groups in Italy. The Group aims to bring together a number of well-established regional firms operating under a shared strategic and governance framework. The structure allows each firm to retain its operational autonomy, professional identity and deep client relationships.

The Group has appointed Fabiano Quadrelli as Managing Partner of the newly established platform, where he will lead its strategy and integration, working closely with the newly acquired firms and the AnaCap team. Quadrelli has extensive experience in the professional services sector having previously spent thirty years at PwC where he served as CEO and Co-Leader Advisory of PwC Business Services. During his tenure at PwC he spearheaded the expansion of its Italian consulting practice to approximately 3,000 professionals.

AnaCap will support Titan with both capital and operational expertise, drawing on its differentiated and proven track record in the European professional services sectors. This includes experience gained across several investments, including DK Accountants & Adviseurs, a separate AnaCap portfolio company in the Netherlands, and Ancorius in Luxembourg in 2025.

Alberto Sainaghi, Partner at AnaCap, commented:
“We are pleased to announce the launch of Titan and to welcome CDR as our first partner onto the platform, building on our conviction in Italy as a large and fragmented professional services market. Our distinctive approach in building a hub-and-spoke model ensures a clear, differentiated proposition which safeguards the autonomy of acquired firms to preserve their culture and client relationships and enhance their offerings to clients. Titan provides them with a strategic framework, capital and operational capabilities that enables faster and more effective innovation and growth than they could achieve independently.”

Fabiano Quadrelli, Managing Partner at Titan Group, added:
“I am delighted and very proud to be appointed to this new role at Titan in what is a compelling and high potential consolidation platform strategy for the Italian professional services sector. AnaCap has an outstanding track record of partnering with founders and entrepreneurial management teams across Europe and I look forward to delivering on the conviction of their investment thesis to develop a market leading platform. We look forward to collaborating with CDR.”
